Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park was calling, and Los Boyz answered. In 2009, we put together a solid 3-night backcountry itinerary, ready for some alpine adventure. After a flight into Denver and a snowy drive through Winter Park and Granby—yes, snow in September—we knew we were in for something wild. And, boy, were we right. Moose encounter, anyone? With plenty of scotch to keep us warm we blazed ahead. This trip also marked Doug’s second go with the OG Boyz, and he must’ve liked the vibe because he’s been a regular ever since. Momentum was building, and so was the legend of Los Boyz!
